With 40 professional drivers with over one million consecutive safe miles each, Certified Driver Trainers, and an experienced terminal and corporate support staff; we are ready to give you the career you’ve been looking for. Drivers that graduate from an approved truck driving school and obtain a Class A-CDL are placed in our 6-week paid training program. After the 6-week paid training period, you are assigned a truck and will work independently as a D.M. Bowman, Inc. professional driver. At D.M. Bowman, Inc., you won’t be stuck out there on the road for 28 days at a time without going home. D.M. Bowman, Inc. is guaranteed to carry through with hometime. Shorthaul drivers and their trainers are home daily. Longhaul drivers and trainers are home every weekend.

35 cpm and a 3cpm bonus that was easy to get and paid WEEKLY. I was Regional and home every night. Benefits are EXPENSIVE $100 per wk and only 80/20 with marginal dental and limp/no vision. New Volvo and Mack daycabs which all have their new problems and the other drivers are PIGS. Not a biggie except this is a slip seat operation. Trailers are either new or junk not much in between. Mechanic in Indy was a joke, new kid with NO diesel experience.
