HAY ! YOU REALLY CAN’T SAY YOU HAVE AN OPINION ABOUT THE COMPANY UNTILL YOU ACTUALLY WORK FOR THE COMPANY. BELIEVE ME, WHEN YOU SAY THEY HAVE A MILITARY ATMOSPHERE, THAT’S WHERE ALL THE SH T BEGINS. (THEY ARE JUST “WANNA BE MILITARY”) ALL THE COMPANY SCHOOLS STRESS SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY. YOU CAN ALSO BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU, SAFETY ALWAYS COMES SECOND TO THE LOAD BEING DELIVDERED ON TIME. DISPATCH AND MGT. DON’T CARE ABOUT WHAT’S GOING ON OUT THERE ON THE ROAD WITH YOUR PERSONAL SITUATIONS. WE’VE BEEN IN THE INDUSTRY FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND ARE STILL IN THE INDUSTRY. MOST COMPANIES LIE ABOUT ALMOST EVERYTHING. THEIR GOAL IS TO GET THEIR TRUCKS PAID FOR BY INEXPERIENCED NEWBIES AND FILL THEIR OWN POCKETS, NOT YOURS.WE ARE RESEARCHING WAYS TO MAKE A LIVING. RIGHT NOW TRUCKING IS NOT IT. DON’T BELIEVE EVERYTHING A COMPANY SAYS TO GET YOU TO HIRE ON. CHECK OUT THEIR STATS. THE LAST COMPANY WE DROVE FOR WAS CR ENGLAND. A NIGHTMARE COMPANY, JUST DON’T LET THEM CONVINCE YOU TO LEASE (THAT’S ALL THEY DO RIGHT NOW)

Well I got threw the 2 weeks in Des Moines. I have to say that I am impressed. I think I made a good choice in TMC. They really have there poop in a group. The staff was great there were moments of uncertainty but those where far and few in between. There facilities are (to me) Top notch. Everything looks new. I haven’t met a person so far I couldn’t get along with. The hotel was nice. all the rooms are cleaned up every day and the food from room service was excellent and a good value for the money. (it is cash only when you order no credit to the room) Indoor pool workout room and 2 hot tubs. The drivers I met where all more than helpful with anything I wanted to ask them. I just got home this morning and I have to catch up with my trainer tomorrow. He seems like a nice enough guy. I don’t think there will be a problem. I can’t wait to get started with live loads. Two of the things that really stood out to me was SAFETY SAFETY SAFETY and GOAL. I tell you what I really did see the military influence there too.. I don’t blame them either. for the money they spend on the facilities and equipment not to mention the number of drivers they turn out of there on a weekly basis. They don’t mess around. Well i know this looks like just a bunch of statements but i am still recovering from my drive home. I wont be heading out till tomorrow afternoon so if there are any questions let me know. just remember when you get there. no hats in the building and STAY OFF THE GRASS :) lol
